[Remote] Sr. Water Systems Engineer, DC Design Engineering

The Sr. Water Systems Engineer will reputed company water treatment, water supply, sustainability, and reputed company design efforts for AWS data centers, coordinating with engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, vendors, and authorities to ensure compliant, reliable, and maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Driving improvement of design standards and project approaches across the organization
• Work with reputed company party design vendors to review concept designs and designs in reputed company to ensure they meet established design standards, local reputed company requirements, and any other requirements of the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
• Be responsible for providing high reputed company water treatment advice on a wide reputed company of reputed company globally while working with global Mechanical engineering teams to reputed company alignment of water treatment systems objectives
• Coordinating with construction, commissioning, and risk management teams to answer requests for information and value engineering queries
• Be responsible for reputed company compliance, design and installation standards, water supply evaluation and assessment, testing, inspections, and submittal review. Meet with AHJs as needed to ensure approval of water treatement features
• This position will require up to 25% travel

Skills

• 6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience
• 6+ years of industrial or reputed company engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power reputed company or oil and gas facilities experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a reputed company field
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
• Experience in industrial or reputed company engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power reputed company or oil and gas facilities
• Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction reputed company of data center equipment and facilities
• reputed company Engineering or Architectural License
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
• Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production
• Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents
• Experience with water treatment design for industrial water, domestic water and wastewater
