The role will analyze requirements, configure and enhance PeopleSoft HCM modules, support integrations and data migration, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM solutions
• Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft HCM modules
• reputed company reputed company enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company
• reputed company and execute functional and technical documentation, test cases, and UAT support
• Work with integration technologies to reputed company PeopleSoft HCM with reputed company-party applications
• Support data conversion, migration, and reputed company upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• reputed company post-implementation support and recommend process improvements
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, reputed company standards, and best practices

Skills

• • 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM
• • Candidates must be currently located in the USA
• • Strong expertise in two HCM modules such as:
• • HR/ Benefits/Compensation and Payroll
• • Experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application reputed company, SQR, Integration Broker, and SQL (preferred for technical consultants)
• • Experience in PeopleSoft implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production support
• • Strong knowledge of reputed company integrations and data migration
• • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced reputed company environment
• • Experience with PeopleSoft Image Updates and PUM
• • Experience integrating PeopleSoft with reputed company applications
• • Prior consulting experience with U.S.-based clients
• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
