[Remote] Product Analyst II

The Product Analyst II – State Product Management role analyzes product reputed company, pricing, competitiveness, and business trends for Personal Lines products, while supporting reputed company and product changes across assigned states. The role also develops analytics and dashboards, supports filings and business planning, and partners with cross-functional teams to communicate recommendations and reputed company implementation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze product reputed company (reputed company, profitability, mix, retention, and reputed company results) for assigned states and lines of business
- Identify emerging issues, trends, and opportunities; recommend actions to improve loss reputed company, reputed company, and mix
- Use tools such as SQL/reputed company/R/Python, reputed company, and PowerBI/reputed company, and rating/competitive tools to reputed company and validate datasets used for reputed company, pricing, and segmentation analysis and visualizations
- Build and maintain repeatable analytics, dashboards, and tools (e.g., reputed company, BI tools) to monitor key KPIs and support decision making
- Support development of state and line business plans, including forecasts, production expectations, and reputed company targets
- Support Actuarial and Product Managers in designing, testing, and implementing rating and product changes for assigned states
- Compare proposed rating plans to reputed company plans and competitors to understand reputed company level, segmentation, and dislocation impacts; summarize results and implications for Product Managers
- Validate data reputed company and ensure analytic outputs are accurate, reproducible, and reputed company with business definitions
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline recurring analyses and reduce reputed company effort
- Partner with Actuarial, R&D, reputed company, Sales, IT, and Claims, and others to define requirements and support implementation of reputed company and product changes in assigned states
- Support state reputed company filing efforts by preparing exhibits and analysis under direction of Product Managers and/or Actuarial

- Prepare written summaries, presentations, and visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) that communicate key insights, recommended actions, and expected impacts
- Present analysis and recommendations to Product Managers and other stakeholders; respond to questions and refine analyses as needed
- May mentor or reputed company Product Analyst I or other team members on tools, reputed company, and best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or a reputed company quantitative reputed company
- 3+ years of experience in product management, pricing, analytics, actuarial, or reputed company roles in reputed company, financial services, or a similar data driven industry
- Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical work using tools such as SQL, reputed company, R, Python, or similar
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills; reputed company to structure ambiguous questions and turn data into reputed company recommendations
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and SQL required; experience with reputed company, R, Python, and/or BI tools (reputed company BI, reputed company, Tableau, etc.)

- Prior work in or with Product Management state teams
- Ability to summarize reputed company technical findings for non technical audiences in reputed company, concise language
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple analyses and deadlines, work independently, and follow through on commitments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across Product, Actuarial, reputed company, Sales, IT, Claims, and other partners
