Requirements
• Must be a clinician expert in the treatment of the enrollee’s medical condition
• Must be knowledgeable about the proposed treatment through recent or reputed company actual clinical experience treating patients with similar medical condition(s)
• Must have reputed company reputed company of 24 hours per week
• Must have 5 Years of Experience
• Must be an MD/DO
• No reputed company sponsorship available
