The Manager – Engineering, Managed Services leads a reputed company-reputed company Managed Services Engineering team, overseeing service delivery, operational performance, resource management, reputed company improvement, customer satisfaction, and team development across reputed company and hybrid infrastructure offerings.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a Managed Services Engineering team responsible for delivering assigned reputed company, automation, observability, reputed company, infrastructure, and managed operations services in alignment with service reputed company, customer requirements, reputed company, and statements of work
• Own end-to-end service delivery and operational performance for assigned government customer environments, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, SLOs, operational standards, and applicable government requirements
• Execute service level agreements using established operational frameworks, reputed company operating procedures, runbooks, service management practices, and governance processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of work experience required
• Previous consulting, managed services, reputed company operations, infrastructure operations, or engineering leadership experience, is a plus
• Experience with ITIL-based process management, service delivery frameworks, operational governance, and reputed company improvement, is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills is a plus
