[Remote] Product Enablement Manager

The role owns customer-facing documentation, release readiness, documentation governance, release communications, training materials, and cross-functional coordination to ensure software releases include accurate and implementation-reputed company product information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain User Guides, Administrator Guides, Configuration Guides, and implementation documentation
• Own Release Notes, release communications, and release reputed company packages
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and reputed company reviews

• Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, QA, reputed company, Support, and Product Management
