Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for reputed company, including physicians and advanced reputed company providers
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Presenting reputed company professionals to reputed company organizations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Providing reputed company communication and updates
• Collaborating with internal team members to refine recruitment strategies
• Leveraging technology and data tools to reputed company candidate pipelines
• Ensuring accurate documentation
• Meeting hiring goals while upholding high standards of professionalism and service

Skills
