The reputed company Manager will manage customer relationships, guide laundromat operators through their lifecycle, reputed company adoption of the reputed company POS platform, and grow reputed company through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the reputed company from sales to reputed company as a customer’s champion
• Conduct lifecycle reputed company-ins with operators and ensure the reputed company education of the product is completed
• Build reputed company throughout your book of business through the implementation of new features and value propositions
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline. Upsell, cross-sell, expand, and retain as opportunities present themselves
• Funnel feedback from clients to the product team, and represent the voice of our clients during any product reputed company sessions

Skills

• At least 6 months to 1 year of inside sales or account management experience
