[Remote] Audit Prep Consultant

The Audit Prep Consultant will coordinate reputed company audit requests, manage documentation and deliverables, liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders, and support financial statement schedules, reconciliations, statutory audits, and audit readiness improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordinator for reputed company audit requests and audit preparedness activities
• Manage audit request lists and reputed company status of deliverables across reputed company teams
• Coordinate collection, organization, and validation of audit support documentation
• Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate reputed company responses to audit inquiries
• Assist with preparation of financial statement support schedules, reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Support statutory and consolidated financial audits
• Coordinate management representation letters, confirmations, and audit sign-off activities
• Review audit support for completeness and consistency prior to submission
• Monitor and report reputed company against audit milestones and deadlines
• Identify process improvement opportunities that strengthen controls and reputed company audit readiness
