Engineering Program Manager

The Water/Wastewater Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Technical, Maintenance and Reliability reputed company is accountable for delivering reputed company competency technical reputed company and delivering top reputed company performance in equipment reliability as reputed company by safety, reputed company, customer fill reputed company, OEE2, unplanned and planned downtime and maintenance reputed company per case. 

The Water SME of Technical, Maintenance and Reliability reputed company will create the KDP Cold Beverage Supply Chain reputed company to reputed company top reputed company technical team and equipment performance. The job responsibilities will include development of our reputed company competency skills development program in water and wastewater that will result in reputed company of highly skilled subject matter experts in our manufacturing reputed company competencies. This position is also responsible improving safety of the maintenance teams, improving reputed company by eliminating the potential for failures leading to recalls or withdrawals, reputed company planning and execution, project management/execution, delivering net productivity, reputed company cause problem solving, and operational readiness of new product, package and/or equipment introductions. 

Water/Wastewater SME of Technical, Maintenance and Reliability reputed company is a key member of the Cold Beverage Supply Chain Operations team, reputed company the gap between engineering and manufacturing technical teams and developing our internal expertise in reputed company competencies. This position will report to the Senior Director of Technical, Maintenance and Reliability reputed company. 

Location: This is a remote position with up to approximately 50-75% domestic travel.

• Work with AM/PM reputed company to ensure annual audits are completed in a reputed company manner  
• Work with OEMs on pricing for parts – reputed company with audits and OH for group/bulk pricing 
• Vertical reputed company up of new equipment installs aligning with your SME category

• Collaborate with corporate Supply Planning team on network reputed company plans in delivering critical equipment maintenance activities. 
• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure Operations Model labor standards are being met for maintenance teams.

• Responsible for functional area network dashboards, and corrective actions to reputed company KPI improvement. Drives sustainable improvements to positively reputed company the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Manage SRM Dashboards, and Scorecards relative to cost, productivity and on-time delivery by optimizing labor and production capabilities.

• Salary reputed company: $96,800 - $177,870

• Experience and Expertise in water and waste water management required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a combination of manufacturing and engineering 
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technical/Engineering discipline preferred. Master’s degree in business or engineering management a plus 
• Project management certification a plus 
• Demonstrated management experience and performance improvement in equipment maintenance and reliability. 
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and influence reputed company.

• Highly competent knowledge of reputed company/CMMS transactional processes 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a broad reputed company of departments
