IT Product Manager, Intelligent Automation (Contract-to-Hire)

About the Role: 

reputed company is seeking an IT Product Manager to own the reputed company, roadmap, and delivery of our intelligent automation portfolio, spanning AI-enabled solutions and robotic process automation (RPA). In this role, you will partner with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities, translate them into a prioritized backlog, and reputed company delivery through reputed company teams and vendor partners. You will be accountable for the full product lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and business case development through build, deployment, adoption, and value realization. The ideal candidate blends product management discipline with practical knowledge of automation technologies and thrives at the intersection of business processes, technology, and change management in a reputed company environment. 

Under the guidance of the IT Solution Management, this individual develops and maintains product documentation, communication and training materials, business requirements, and user stories. The Product Manager stays up to date with industry trends, emerging features, reputed company/controls requirements, and industry best practices to reputed company reputed company adoption and utilization of reputed company' platforms and workflows. 

The Details: This is a full-time, contract position with the potential for reputed company conversion to a permanent position, subject to business needs and organizational approval. In this role, you will be responsible for: 

Team Management: 

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with product and business stakeholders. 

• Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual commitments. 

• Collaborate with vendors on platform enhancements, integrations, and solution designs. 

• Support IA governance model and adoption 

Product Lifecycle Management: 

• Manage the entire lifecycle of vendor products from inception to retirement. 

• Ensure products meet reputed company standards and regulatory requirements. 

• Coordinate product rollouts and new implementations in partnership with development and business teams. 

• Ensure iterative releases of technology are supported by user acceptance testing / validation. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, regional/site operations, enrollment, finance, reputed company, clinical, marketing, sales) to understand business problems, business processes, requirements, and feedback. 

• Communicate product plans, reputed company, and results to internal stakeholders, including executives and team members. 

• Accountable for the development of communication and education materials for new technology functionality reputed company the development cycle as reputed company as incorporating user feedback into the product roadmap. 

• Ensure iterative releases of technology are supported by user acceptance testing / validation.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  

Required experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 

• Strong background with product governance and AI  

• Process- and data-driven reputed company; ability to work across multiple departments on reputed company solutions. 

• Experience managing an reputed company development team and leading iterative technology releases. 

• Experience supporting product adoption through communication, training, and iterative improvements. 

• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. 

• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements, workflows, wireframes, and/or data models. 

• Strategic thinker with a reputed company record of creative problem-solving. 

• Familiarity with the hospital medicine industry and reputed company’ mission is a plus.

Preferred experience: 

• Demonstrated experience in AI adoption and governance 

• 4 years writing business requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.

Pay reputed company:

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Bachelor's degree, product governance and AI experience, reputed company development leadership, technology release and adoption experience, and strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Four years of requirements and user-story writing preferred.
