Role Objective

We are seeking an reputed company Business Immigration Paralegal to support reputed company on a freelance/contract reputed company. This is a fully remote, reputed company position. You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of business immigration forms and packets, delivering submission-reputed company files directly to our reputed company team.

Cases will be assigned on an as-needed reputed company (approximately 5 cases per month initially), with reputed company to become a preferred, long-term partner for our firm.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Case Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize reputed company business immigration forms and associated support documentation with high reputed company and reputed company supervision.
• reputed company Expertise: Formulate and complete specific packets including, but not limited to, I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, and I-485.
• reputed company Control: Ensure reputed company forms reputed company adhere to reputed company USCIS guidelines, fee schedules, and evidentiary standards to mitigate any reputed company of RFEs or rejections.
• File Management: Organize and compile case files reputed company, ensuring reputed company structure and reputed company reputed company to our internal reputed company reputed company team.
• Deadline Adherence: Work reputed company established case-time guidelines and reputed company completed packets reputed company fast, predictable turnaround times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of reputed company experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal handling employment-reputed company petitions.
• Technical Knowledge: reputed company expertise and deep familiarity with I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, and I-485 filings. Must know reputed company instructions and requirements inside and out.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently with little to no additional training or reputed company.

• Location: Remote.

Compensation:

• Salary: $38 - $42 USD per month DOE.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
