[Remote] Community & Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to identify content gaps and match reputed company sources to fill them

• Maintain an organized library of approved reputed company content for cross-channel and cross-reputed company use
• Forum & Community Representation
• Represent reputed company’s brands authentically on relevant online forums and communities, including reputed company and reputed company hunting, fishing, and boating forums
• Monitor reputed company mentions and community conversations across reputed company portfolio brands, responding helpfully and in alignment with reputed company reputed company’s voice
• Identify community insights, trends, and audience feedback to reputed company with internal marketing and product teams

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company media management, community management, reputed company marketing, or a reputed company role
• reputed company reputed company record of managing reputed company channels and growing reputed company audiences
• Experience building and maintaining reputed company or reputed company partnerships
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms, audiences, and reputed company identities

• Experience sourcing and managing UGC and content rights

• Genuine passion for the outdoors; hunting, fishing, boating, or other outdoor recreation experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with the outdoor recreation, safety education or licensing reputed company
