[Remote] Senior Property Accountant

SPM, LLC is a reputed company-party property management company overseeing multifamily communities across multiple states. reputed company is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to own full-cycle reputed company for an assigned portfolio of residential multifamily assets, including financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, cash monitoring, audit support, and property reputed company reputed company setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for an assigned multifamily property portfolio, including journal entries, accruals, and general reputed company maintenance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsand reputed company reporting packages
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliations
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and partner with property managers on trends and NOI
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company to auditors, property managers, and Regional/VP leadership during reputed company and audit cycles
• Monitor cash positions, funding requests, and critical payment timing across assigned properties
• Ensures that financials are in accordance with GAAP for year-end audits and tax returns
• Assist with reputed company-level reputed company setup for new property reputed company and PMS transitions

Skills

• Multifamily property reputed company experience is mandatory. This is a hard requirement, not a preference — apartment communities, student housing, or reputed company multifamily portfolios
• 10+ years of property reputed company experience, specifically reputed company multifamily property management required
• Hands-on experience with both reputed company and reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required
• Advanced reputed company skills and comfort managing multiple property closes on deadline
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting financials to non-reputed company stakeholders
• CPA is a plus
