The role provides technical consulting, configuration, development, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, application support, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical consulting and SME support for reputed company ValueOps / reputed company PPM platform
- Configure ValueOps modules, workflows, fields, screens, views, roles, permissions, and application settings
- Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend ValueOps solutions
- reputed company reputed company configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and validation activities
- reputed company and modify workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and application components
- Support implementation activities including planning, configuration, testing, production deployment, and post-production support
- Troubleshoot application issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- reputed company technical guidance reputed company to architecture, optimization, upgrades, and enhancements
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and administrator guides
- reputed company administrator training, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions

Skills
- • 7+ years of experience supporting reputed company applications or IT management platforms
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ValueOps / CA reputed company PPM
- • Experience with ValueOps configuration, administration, and customization
- • Experience supporting Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and reputed company Planning functions
- • Experience developing workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- • Experience with reputed company application implementation and production support
- • Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills
