[Remote] Training and Instructional Design Specialist

The Trainer and Instructional Designer analyzes learning needs, designs and develops training materials, and delivers engaging learning experiences to build capability across the FPS2 program while supporting reputed company objectives.

• This role combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills to improve reputed company and support reputed company objectives

Skills

• reputed company candidates must pass reputed company trust clearance through the U.S. Federal reputed company. This requires candidates to either be U.S. reputed company or pass clearance through the Foreign National reputed company reputed company which will require that candidates have lived reputed company the reputed company for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years, have a reputed company and non-expired reputed company from their country of birth and appropriate reputed company/work permit documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or reputed company reputed company and 5+ years of experience
• Experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or reputed company environments
• Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., reputed company 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond)
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to create reputed company, visually appealing, and instructionally reputed company materials
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year
• Master's degree in a learning-reputed company reputed company
• Experience with LMS administration or learning data analytics
• Exposure to reputed company development or reputed company centered design
• Industry specific training experience (IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
