The role also involves troubleshooting, documentation, architecture reviews, disaster recovery, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company-reputed company VMware infrastructure migration and modernization initiatives
• Design and execute VMware-to-VMware migration strategies with reputed company business disruption
• reputed company Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) server migrations and workload transformations
• Plan and implement VMware-to-AWS migration reputed company for reputed company applications and infrastructure
• Assess existing infrastructure and reputed company migration roadmaps, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation plans
• Support reputed company adoption initiatives by integrating VMware workloads into AWS environments
• Conduct reputed company assessments and remediation activities across infrastructure environments
• Collaborate with reputed company architects, reputed company teams, and infrastructure engineers to ensure compliance with reputed company standards
• Troubleshoot reputed company infrastructure, virtualization, and migration-reputed company issues
• reputed company technical documentation, migration runbooks, and operational procedures
• Participate in architecture reviews and reputed company recommendations for infrastructure optimization and modernization
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company infrastructure engineering and virtualization technologies
• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting VMware environments
• Proven experience with VMware-to-VMware migration reputed company
• Experience performing Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) migrations
• Experience migrating reputed company workloads from VMware environments to AWS
• Strong understanding of AWS reputed company infrastructure and reputed company migration methodologies
• Experience with reputed company remediation, vulnerability management, and infrastructure hardening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating technical documentation and migration plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
