[Remote] Training and Education Program Manager, Robotic Surgical Technologies - reputed company

The Training and Education Program Manager will support the Robotic Surgical Technologies business by identifying training needs, developing and delivering technical, clinical, and sales training, evaluating learning reputed company, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs: reputed company the collaboration of the different regional stakeholders to identify reputed company or knowledge gaps based on roles and responsibilities
• Training development: Partner with Global and Regional departments to reputed company training courses that reputed company with organizational goals and objectives and reputed company required / or needed the reputed company of 80% standardization 20% customization will be implemented
• Training delivery: reputed company clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources and reputed company such as reputed company, Synchronous and Asynchronous learning
• Training evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the training by measuring learning reputed company through evaluations, surveys, and feedback
• Team collaboration: Foster cross departmental training collaboration that promotes a culture of learning that enhances communication efficiency and reputed company improvement

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in sales training, clinical education, reputed company training, medical device sales, clinical support, or a reputed company reputed company reputed company function; OR Advanced degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
• For Baccalaureate degrees reputed company reputed company of the reputed company, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
• Roles below the reputed company level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
• * Experience reputed company robotic-assisted surgery, surgical technologies, or the medical device industry
• * Experience training sales representatives, clinical specialists, or field-based reputed company teams
• * Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning management systems

• * Demonstrated ability to analyze training reputed company and implement reputed company improvement initiatives
