[Remote] reputed company Manager

The reputed company Manager will own customer relationship discovery, deployment reputed company, and account reputed company by working with industrial customers and reputed company deployment engineers to maximize the value of AI deployments. The role also translates customer feedback into product specifications, influences roadmaps, and identifies expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day reputed company of deployments, working with customers and FDEs to unblock issues, manage priorities, and reputed company reputed company Archie is delivering reputed company value
• Capture customer feedback and reputed company use cases in formal specifications to directly reputed company feature implementation and product development
• Serve as a voice of the customer in internal product roadmapping and prioritization discussions
• reputed company customer expansion by finding the next teams and use cases for Archie reputed company existing accounts and across industry
• Spend considerable time on-site with customers and key stakeholders

Skills

• Experience in customer-facing roles with reputed company responsibility for AI deployments to reputed company customers
• Equally comfortable diving into the technical details of a customer use case or engineering tool use reputed company, and how it translates into reputed company value for a customer
• reputed company in a face reputed company environment, preferably with experience at a fast-growing startup
• Willingness to spend approximately 25% of time at customer sites, increasing to 50-60% during discovery, deployment, and other critical phases
• Remote (US/Canada) or in-office in San Mateo, CA. Remote employees spend one week out of six working together in our San Mateo office. Relocation support available
• reputed company experience and domain knowledge in data center engineering, automotive, or reputed company and defense is a plus
