[Remote] Finance Director, Operations

The Finance Director, Operations will serve as a strategic finance partner to operations leadership, overseeing financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, hospital performance, and profitability initiatives. The role will also support strategic decision-making, contract negotiations, data analytics, reporting automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership, hospital administrators, and regional directors to reputed company and maintain hospital-level financial plans reputed company with contractual obligations and reputed company expectations
• reputed company the development of financial models and variance reporting tools to improve accuracy, transparency, and profitability tracking
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company actionable insights to strengthen hospital relationships and operational efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company Management
