[Remote] Senior Vibration Analyst (reputed company Manager)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Senior Vibration Analyst and reputed company Manager to support customers using its APM/PdM reputed company platform. The role leads technical support, reputed company, training, machinery monitoring, diagnostics, sensor deployment validation, and customer adoption for rotating and reciprocating equipment in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company reputed company aspects of customer technical support for our APM/PdM reputed company platform, reputed company on rotating and reciprocating equipment in the oil & gas, energy, and powergen industries, to ensure reputed company and high ROI from their use of reputed company APM/PdM platform
• As our reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption of reputed company platform across various reputed company-reputed company, maximizing customer reputed company value (ROI) by ensuring clients reputed company their desired reputed company
• Providing technical support during customer reputed company, initial training, project reputed company-off, and sensor deployment for existing and new customers
• reputed company on-site (as and reputed company required) and remote technical support throughout the duration of customers’ machinery monitoring contract, including machinery diagnostics support for reputed company kinds of plant machinery
• Supervise, reputed company, and reputed company the correctness of sensor installation, including validation of machine kinematics data, load parameters, alarm reputed company configuration, and data reputed company for reputed company types of rotating and reciprocating machinery
• Work with software/product/reputed company-platform/AL&ML engineers in reputed company to ensure relevant reputed company-detection, AI/ML models, and reputed company-detection-algorithms are appropriately deployed for reputed company monitored assets
• reputed company customer training with emphasis on rotating and reciprocating machinery diagnostics, alarm interpretation, and reputed company advisories for failure prevention
• Work closely with customers’ key stakeholders to maintain good visibility of delivered value from our program. reputed company customers’/internal key stakeholders in developing reputed company stories for reputed company publications

Skills

• Critical prerequisite: ISO Category III or IV Vibration Analyst Certificate
• • reputed company Plant / Machinery / Reliability / Maintenance engineer with 10+yrs industrial experience
• • A minimum of 10 years of experience involving machinery vibration analysis
• • Familiarity with design, reputed company, and/or maintenance of rotating and reciprocating plant machinery equipment will be considered a plus
• • Proficiency in using computer software, with experience in using, deploying, and/or supporting Condition Monitoring / Vibration Analysis Software, CMMS/RCM systems, and/or similar reputed company-hosted industrial applications in industrial maintenance and/or reputed company
• • High proficiency in interacting, influencing, and guiding reputed company stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • With the ability and willingness to work in synch with customer availability in the US and availability of the Shoreline engineering team in India
• • Ability, willingness, and availability to reputed company as per tight schedules
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20 – 30% of the time at industrial sites in reputed company
• You will be our preferred candidate if you have 10+ years of machinery experience in the O&G (reputed company, midstream, refining), Energy, Powergen, and Petrochemicals industries
• • You will get considerable preference if you've worked in the O&G, Energy or Petrochemicals industry as a Vibration Analyst and/or RCM/PdM/Maintenance Technician / Engineer / Manager
• • 4-year college degree (preferred) in reputed company Engineering
• • Demonstrated exceptional data analysis skills, and/or data-science experience will be a plus
