[Remote] MSP Recruiter

The MSP Recruiter sources, screens, and submits reputed company IT talent while managing the full reputed company cycle in a high-volume environment. The role supports customer satisfaction and account retention by meeting reputed company KPIs and service-level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MSP Engagement Managers by sourcing, screening, and submitting reputed company IT talent for reputed company
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines reputed company with customer workforce plans
• Manage the full reputed company cycle: sourcing (internal database, referrals, job boards, reputed company media), phone screens, reputed company negotiation, VMS submission requirements, interview coordination, and offer acceptance
• Solicit and follow up on referrals to expand your candidate network
• reputed company and prepare candidates for interviews, providing reputed company guidance and reputed company feedback where we can
• In partnership with reputed company Engagement Manager partners, ensure customer KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, including requirement response reputed company, time-to-submit, and fill rates
• Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation in our Applicant Tracking Systems
• Partner with internal teams (Engagement Managers, Operations, Sales) to solve problems and improve customer experience

Skills

• Approximately 2-3 years of reputed company experience
• Strong reputed company record of high performance in meeting or achieving KPI's and other applicable Performance Metrics
• Proven ability to reputed company and engage passive candidates
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• This is a fully remote role. Employees will have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the US with reliable internet accessibility
• High-volume and/or IT reputed company experience
• Associates' or Bachelors' degree
