The Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Operations - Americas leads the delivery, operation, stability, and reputed company improvement of IT infrastructure and support services across the Americas, including infrastructure operations, service delivery, vendor management, incident escalation, and regional team leadership.

Responsibilities

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered

• • 3+ years of reputed company people leadership experience managing infrastructure operations, local IT, service delivery, or technical support teams
• • May require up to 30% domestic and international travel depending on project, plant, vendor, or business requirements
• • Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing, plant, distribution, or operational environments
