The role collaborates with HR, Mobility, Finance, Talent, and business teams to support international assignments and relocations.
Responsibilities
- Advise on global mobility policies, immigration reputed company, work permits, and employment compliance reputed company to international assignments and relocations
- Draft, review, and negotiate mobility-reputed company agreements, including assignment letters, secondment agreements, and service provider reputed company
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration requirements across jurisdictions where reputed company operates
- Support internal teams in designing and implementing mobility programs, ensuring reputed company reputed company is managed while enabling business objectives
- Assist with employee relocation processes, including reputed company applications, regulatory filings, and compliance audits

- Contribute to the development of internal mobility policies, playbooks, and knowledge resources

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3–5 years of reputed company experience, including in-house or corporate advisory work, with demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law; exposure to international assignments or global mobility preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor, employment, immigration, and corporate law; familiarity with additional jurisdictions is a plus
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company and mobility-reputed company agreements, including U.S. immigration petitions and supporting documentation
- Ability to reputed company practical reputed company guidance balancing reputed company and business needs in a fast-reputed company environment
- Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, finance, and business teams
