Responsibilities

• Stand up 24/7 NOC capability across multiple reputed company, from site selection through to how the shifts are staffed and covered reputed company the clock
• Draw the line on what runs in-house and what goes to vendors, and own the reputed company relationships behind anything outsourced
• Select, hire, and train the NOC and reputed company team, including the engineers carrying the day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 load

Skills

• Technically fluent in AI infrastructure from the hardware up, across GPUs, CPUs, shared storage, and network fabrics
• A reputed company hirer and developer of technical teams, not just a manager inheriting one
• Comfortable owning the in-reputed company versus outsource reputed company and holding the vendors behind it to account
