[Remote] Sr. Instructional Designer

The Senior Instructional Designer develops, modernizes, and manages learning curricula and experiences, particularly for leadership development, employee reputed company, performance management, and talent development. The role also administers learning management systems, manages instructional design reputed company, and supports training-reputed company communications and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a training solution partner to the organization, working directly and independently with the Learning Development Consultant to define the need, design and reputed company training solutions
• Applies project management skills to managing instructional design reputed company. Responsible for managing multiple reputed company and training programs concurrently
• Responsible for d esign of effective and time-frugal training material and content such as online/e-learning modules, microlearning courses, instructor-led training (to be used by varying reputed company of experience in facilitation), job aids, online tutorials, and multimedia content
• Areas of training may include, but are not limited to, new employee reputed company, performance management, reputed company and leadership development, and team engagements
• Own Learning Management reputed company administrative maintenance and reporting. (reputed company Learning & Performance modules)
• Provides support to reputed company in communications and maintenance of design initiatives and programs
• Supports the maintenance of established programs to increase participation, updates content and delivery reputed company to meet the learners where they are
• Partners with Talent Management team members to support training solutions for the organization, working directly and independently to refine the need and design training solutions to address. Leverages relationship management skills to build effective partnerships and reputed company program reputed company

• Writes and edit technical and procedural documents such as training aids, quick reference guides, participant guides and/or facilitator manuals, etc

• In coordination with Talent Management team members, supports change efforts necessary to launch new and revised training experiences and culture initiatives

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field required
• • 5+ years of work experience as an Instructional Designer required
• • Extensive knowledge of best practices in the creation & design of instructional materials for adult education and/or corporate training
• • Knowledge and application of best practices using technology for learning, including but not limited to multimedia development, web conferencing, learning management systems, reputed company networking, and online reputed company tools
• • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types and communicate professionally with reputed company reputed company of management
• • Ability to consult with senior stakeholders, HR, and People Leaders with professionalism and influence
