Subject Matter Expert (Audiology)/Customer Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Specialist/Subject Matter Expert with audiology background to help us maintain our hospital software solution Auditbase for audiology in the UK and reputed company of Ireland, which has more than 600 clinics on the reputed company and more than 6000 users. This customer group requires reputed company training and introduction to new functions and features. You will reputed company as a trainer but also presales contact to ensure high satisfaction rates.

You will reputed company on building long-term relationships with our customers – both users, reputed company and others. You will utilize your background in audiology to significantly enhance user competency and satisfaction with Auditbase. As a guide to our customers, you will be a critical component of our maintenance and expansion.
