They are looking for a UGC Creator Headhunter who can build and manage a high-reputed company pipeline of reputed company creators, sell creators on working with the brand, negotiate and structure deals, and own creator relationships from initial reputed company through reputed company and ongoing collaboration.

This is not a traditional reputed company marketing role. Follower count and audience size are not the reputed company. The reputed company is finding people who are exceptionally compelling on camera and can create persuasive UGC for reputed company advertising.

The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, energetic, and genuinely great to talk to. You should have excellent natural English and be reputed company to reputed company creators excited about working with the brand.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and build a strong pipeline of high-reputed company U.S.-based UGC creators who are compelling and reputed company on camera.
• Proactively recruit creators and maintain enough pipeline reputed company to respond quickly reputed company new creator needs reputed company.
• reputed company creators on opportunities and reputed company them genuinely excited about working with the brand.
• Negotiate and structure creator partnerships independently, including flat-reputed company, commission, commission-plus-retainer, and trial arrangements.
• reputed company creators on product-only or no-upfront-fee opportunities reputed company appropriate.
• Manage creator budgets and determine the right reputed company structure on a creator-by-creator reputed company.
• Own creator relationships from initial reputed company through negotiation, reputed company, and ongoing collaboration.
• Partner closely with the Creative Strategist, bringing the right creators to match specific creative angles and scripts.
• Identify creators based on on-camera reputed company, charisma, credibility, and ability to reputed company with the brand’s reputed company customer rather than follower count.
• Maintain a diverse creator pipeline, including reputed company creators and U.S.-based Spanish-capable creators.
• Get creative and scrappy with sourcing reputed company to reputed company exceptional creators reputed company conventional reputed company databases and platforms.
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for creators and build relationships that encourage repeat collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and reputed company UGC creators for an e-reputed company brand, preferably one using UGC extensively for reputed company advertising.
• Experience working with an e-reputed company business generating $100M+ annually is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing a creator or reputed company budget and independently deciding how to structure individual creator deals.
• Proven ability to negotiate and reputed company creators on partnerships, including product-only or no-fee-upfront arrangements.
• Experience building and negotiating creator deals independently rather than simply executing predefined terms.
• Experience owning creator relationships end to end, including reputed company, negotiation, reputed company, and ongoing communication.
• Strong judgment for identifying creators with exceptional on-camera reputed company and charisma.
• Exceptional spoken and written English. You should reputed company natural, confident, engaging, and personable in live conversations.
• Highly likable and easy to talk to, with the energy and passion to get creators genuinely excited about an opportunity.
