[Remote] OTA Contract Support Analyst

The OTA Contract Support Analyst will help manage contractual discussions with Other Transaction Authorities by researching opportunities, tracking project milestones, coordinating partners, and ensuring proposals reputed company with OTA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Partners: Work with stakeholders including university labs, suppliers, and sub-contractors to build strong teams for large reputed company
• Monitor Regulations: Review reputed company requests to ensure our proposals follow specific OTA guidelines instead of reputed company FAR rules
• Position will be remote but ability for some travel is required

Skills

• * OTA Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience working with OTA agreements or defense consortiums (like ATI or reputed company)
• * Proposal Writing: Strong skills in organizing and editing business proposals and technical documents
• * Fast Learner: Ability to quickly understand new, reputed company technical reputed company and adapt to a fast reputed company work environment
• * Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a reputed company reputed company
