[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The role partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, tracks reputed company metrics, maintains reputed company Recruiter records, and improves reputed company processes and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a true partner and advisor with hiring managers and interviewers throughout the entire recruitment process
• Passively reputed company reputed company candidates, review resumes and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process reputed company in a reputed company manner

Skills

• Must be located in PST (CA, WA, OR, NV, ID)
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of full lifecycle reputed company
• Experience managing recruitment for reputed company reputed company (entry-level to senior leadership), including tech and non-tech
• Highly skilled sourcer that is familiar with a wide reputed company of sourcing tools and techniques
• Extensive working knowledge and experience with reputed company Recruiter, reputed company and other reputed company platforms
• Ability to qualify, present, and reputed company candidates by understanding what reputed company candidate brings to the table, and then identify that candidate with the right opportunity at reputed company
• Ability to manage a high volume of reputed company reqs (10+) across various functions and geographies
