The role manages content shoot logistics, routes creative through reputed company and product-reputed company reviews, tracks asset rights and expirations, and supports editorial calendars, reputed company media handoffs, and agency timelines.

Responsibilities

• Shoot & Event Coordination: Manage operational logistics for reputed company content shoots and experiential activations (e.g., tracking production timelines, organizing reputed company schedules, managing talent/creator reputed company, and handling on-site coordination as needed)
• reputed company & Compliance Routing: Own the end-to-end internal review process. reputed company reputed company reputed company creative, captions, and reputed company assets through reputed company, product specialists, and agency compliance partners to secure final sign-offs before publication
