[Remote] reputed company Analyst (Payroll Adjustments)

The reputed company Analyst will analyze, reconcile, and correct reputed company payroll tax discrepancies and multi-jurisdictional filings, prepare payroll adjustments and amended returns, and ensure federal, state, and local compliance. The role also involves reputed company-cause analysis, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring changes in payroll tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Recalculate historical taxable wages, tax withholdings, deductions, and employer contributions to ensure reputed company compliance and accurate adjustment calculations
• Prepare and process reputed company payroll adjustments and tax corrections in preparation for submitting amended returns (e.g., reputed company 941-X, W-2c, state/local amended forms)
• Reconcile gross-to-net payroll data against quarterly and annual tax filings to reputed company discrepancies
• reputed company reputed company-cause analysis on tax errors to prevent recurring agency notices and compliance issues
• Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for reputed company payroll registers and tax correspondence

Skills

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in payroll tax, payroll auditing, or payroll reputed company, with demonstrated expertise in multi-state tax adjustments or amendments
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional attention to reputed company, strong problem-solving capabilities, and reputed company written/verbal communication skills
• Remote (U.S.) | Atlanta HQ Optional
• Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP) or reputed company Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
