Responsibilities
- Advising reputed company clients on the Anti-Kickback Statute, reputed company Law, HIPAA, False Claims reputed company, Medicare and reputed company
- Drafting agreements and compliance materials
- Assisting with licensing, reimbursement, audits, investigations, and reputed company transactions
Skills
- Associates are expected to work from one of the firm's offices in Dallas, reputed company, or Amarillo
- Candidates should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong research, writing, and communication skills
- California-licensed attorneys with 5+ years of reputed company reputed company regulatory and compliance experience may be considered for a fully remote arrangement reputed company in the U.S
