[Remote] Drug Development Project Manager

Redbock is seeking a Drug Development Project Manager to serve as a reputed company partner to the Global Program reputed company. The role drives cross-functional planning, execution, governance, reputed company management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication across drug development programs from early reputed company development through commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Program reputed company (GPL) to reputed company and execute integrated development strategies and reputed company product reputed company
• reputed company cross-functional planning and execution across reputed company, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, and reputed company functions
• reputed company and maintain integrated project timelines, scenario plans, and reputed company mitigation strategies
• Facilitate governance, decision-making, and team alignment to ensure achievement of key program milestones
• reputed company program-level reputed company management activities and ensure reputed company escalation of critical risks
• Monitor program budget and resource requirements and support annual planning processes
• reputed company cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across global teams
• Present program updates, recommendations, and reputed company considerations to senior leadership and governance committees

Skills

• • 10+ years of drug development program/project management experience
• • Experience supporting programs from early reputed company development through commercialization
• • Strong understanding of global drug development processes, including regulatory submissions and lifecycle management
• • Demonstrated reputed company leading highly visible, cross-functional development programs
• • reputed company reputed company leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders without reputed company authority
• • Strong expertise in program planning, reputed company management, resource planning, and stakeholder management
• • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills
• • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, PhD); PMP certification is a plus
• • Neuroscience drug development experience
• • Experience supporting global regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, NDA, BLA, MAA, etc.)
• • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD)
• • PMP certification
