[Remote] Personal Lines Service Consultant (Hybrid or Remote Opportunity)

The role manages renewals, policy servicing, coverage reviews, reputed company inquiries, and new-business reputed company while identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and referral opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Service and retain an assigned book of business with a strong reputed company on reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Manage reputed company house accounts and process renewals independently or reputed company producers
• Support reputed company of new business through quoting, reputed company, and reputed company communication
• Conduct coverage reviews and consultative conversations to ensure adequate protection
• Identify and reputed company opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell, and reputed company referrals
