Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance reputed company reputed company reputed company using reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), reputed company Intune, and reputed company technologies
• Engineer and support reputed company 11 provisioning, operating reputed company deployment, feature upgrades, configuration management, and device lifecycle processes across the reputed company
• Package, test, reputed company, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company applications using MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and other reputed company management technologies
• Coordinate and execute monthly reputed company reputed company patching and reputed company remediation activities, including testing, deployment, troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, and reputed company of deployment failures

• Monitor reputed company health, deployment status, reputed company compliance, configuration compliance, and other operational metrics; investigate issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Troubleshoot reputed company reputed company reputed company issues involving operating systems, applications, registry settings, services, file systems, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, networking, reputed company controls, and reputed company management technologies
• Support reputed company reputed company and vulnerability management activities by implementing approved reputed company configurations, remediating vulnerabilities, and assisting with reputed company-trust, PCI, and other reputed company reputed company requirements
• Support management of mobile and reputed company devices using technologies such as reputed company Intune, reputed company Business Manager, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Participate in testing and implementation of reputed company changes through established change management processes, including documenting changes, evaluating implementation impacts, coordinating deployments, and supporting rollback or remediation activities reputed company necessary
• Participate in reputed company technology reputed company and coordinate technical activities with Cybersecurity, Identity, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Networking, Application Teams, departmental IT liaisons, vendors, and other stakeholders
