[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will support hiring across the organization by sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates through the reputed company process while partnering with hiring managers and maintaining a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day reputed company process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer
• reputed company and engage candidates using available reputed company tools
• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the requirements of reputed company role
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate next steps and interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or candidate sourcing
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, particularly for high-volume or fast-moving roles
