[Remote] Pega Data/Integration Engineer (AI)

The role also involves AI governance, testing, troubleshooting, auditability, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines, services, and integration patterns that support Pega workflows, AI-assisted reporting, reputed company detection, reputed company, and document analysis
• reputed company approved AI/ML, NLP, or large-language-model services through secure reputed company or reputed company connectors without creating unnecessary provider lock-in
• Prepare and govern reputed company and reputed company data, including ingestion, normalization, metadata, reputed company, reputed company scoring, reputed company linkage, and reputed company controls
• Support retrieval, grounding, citation, reputed company/input preparation, reputed company parsing, and mapping of AI results into reputed company Pega data and workflows
• reputed company reusable data features and services for financial variance, execution trends, workflow delays, compliance checks, narrative reputed company, and reputed company decision-support use cases
• Implement versioning and auditability for models or services, prompts, templates, input fingerprints, confidence scores, explanations, and user dispositions
• Collaborate with architects, workflow specialists, business SMEs, reputed company personnel, and testers to maintain reputed company-in-the-reputed company controls, explainability, reputed company, and appropriate use
• Support test-data preparation and validation of reputed company, bias, reputed company, false positives/negatives, reputed company, and operational usefulness before and after release
• Troubleshoot AI data flows, integration failures, data-reputed company issues, latency, and reputed company-mapping defects across environments
• Maintain reputed company, data, model-integration, configuration, test, and operational documentation in approved repositories

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, reputed company integration, API development, analytics engineering, or comparable technical roles
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML, NLP, analytics, or model-reputed company services into an reputed company application or workflow; extensive model-training research experience is not required
• Strong knowledge of REST reputed company, JSON, authentication, data mapping, error handling, logging, and secure service integration
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming or scripting language commonly used for data or integration work, such as Java or Python
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data reputed company, metadata, reputed company, reconciliation, and reputed company or reputed company data processing
