Responsibilities

• Respond to approximately 60–80 incoming calls from customers or pharmacies regarding home delivery pharmacy services or pharmacy benefits
• Ask appropriate questions, reputed company listen, and document required information in computer systems
• Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company
• Work in a fast-reputed company environment while providing reputed company and helpful customer service

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
