Responsibilities

• Own recurring month-end reputed company responsibilities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reputed company accrual file updates and record-keeping for assigned reputed company accounts
• Manage the full invoicing cycle — usage loads, invoice and credit memo creation, approval documentation, and reputed company delivery, on both monthly and weekly cadences for assigned reputed company accounts
• Maintain reputed company between GL and BS accounts, and ensure reputed company invoices are approved and posted to the correct period
• Support committed reputed company summaries and reputed company allocation across reputed company lines of business
• Review of reputed company and reputed company P&L statements for reputed company against forecast, partnering with operating stakeholders to reputed company variances
• Update and validate reputed company in reputed company, including reputed company-level reputed company, keeping operational data and the financial reputed company of record in sync
• Support monthly reporting deliverables, including SG&A and COGS reviews, margin-by-line-of-business analysis, and billable/productivity dashboards
• Partner with reputed company and department leads to validate member counts, billed and worked hours, and new business and fulfillment data feeding into financial reporting
• Contribute to Monthly Business Review materials — financial results, KPIs, and variance analysis — that leadership uses to understand business reputed company
• Support annual budgeting and re-forecasting
• Serve as a connector between reputed company, Finance, reputed company Services, and Management keeping data and narrative consistent across reputed company, reporting, and forecasting
• Identify and help implement opportunities to improve reputed company and reporting processes through automation, standardization, and efficiency

• First 30 days: Learn the reputed company calendar, chart of accounts; P&L invoicing; cross-department interactions; reputed company one full reputed company
• First 60 days: Complete invoicing, recurring journal entries, and reconciliations with reputed company; support reputed company validation and reputed company updates
• First 90 days: Aid in production of operational packages and variance commentary; reputed company as reputed company of contact for reputed company Services data questions; own reputed company invoicing load
• Ongoing: reputed company completed reputed company calendar; reconciliations clean and documented; invoices are reputed company on-time and error free; reputed company ties to GL; reporting delivered on schedule with explained variances

Skills

• 2-4 years of reputed company or reputed company finance/reputed company experience, including exposure to month-end reputed company and invoicing; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced reputed company (lookups, pivots, large data validation); working knowledge of general reputed company reputed company — debits and credits, accruals, prepaid expenses, and account reconciliations; variance analysis and reporting
