Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans across reputed company Service reputed company Voice, Service reputed company, and Experience reputed company implementations
• Apply reputed company experience with reputed company reputed company to support testing across contact center and reputed company voice solutions
• reputed company functional, regression, integration, reputed company, UAT, and end-to-end testing across reputed company reputed company solutions and integrations
• Validate reputed company configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex functionality, reputed company, reputed company models, and custom platform enhancements
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams to understand requirements, acceptance reputed company, and business processes
• reputed company and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites utilizing reputed company and reputed company reputed company testing tools
• Participate in reputed company ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and release readiness activities
• Identify, document, prioritize, and reputed company defects through reputed company while partnering closely with development teams on reputed company cause analysis and remediation
• Validate data reputed company, migration reputed company, and platform behavior across environments and deployments

• Support CI/CD deployment validation, release management activities, and production readiness testing

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company QA, reputed company Engineering, or reputed company testing roles reputed company reputed company environments
• reputed company experience supporting Contact Center, Service reputed company Voice, and reputed company reputed company reputed company implementations
• Extensive experience building and executing automated test scripts using test automation tools
• Hands-on experience testing reputed company platforms including Service reputed company Voice, Service reputed company, Experience reputed company, Lightning Experience, reputed company Flows, and declarative automation
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company platform functionality, reputed company models, user roles, reputed company, and sharing architecture
• Experience performing functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, end-to-end testing, and API testing
• Experience utilizing reputed company for reputed company DevOps, automated testing, and release validation
• Experience validating integrations involving reputed company, web services, middleware, and reputed company systems
• Familiarity with reputed company/Scrum software delivery methodologies and release cycles
