[Remote] Senior WMS Consultant

The Senior WMS Consultant will support WMS-to-robotics and WCS integration reputed company, configure WMS modules, troubleshoot MHE messaging and SQL issues, and assist clients through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS-to-robotics integration work, including goods-to-person, reputed company/sortation, ASRS, and put-to-reputed company/pick-to-reputed company systems, under the guidance of the account's reputed company Consultant
• Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to support effective WMS/WCS solution design
• Configure reputed company WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping) as part of broader automation integration work
• Troubleshoot MHE messaging issues: tracing an unprocessed or failed message back to its reputed company job/process, determining severity and reputed company, and driving reputed company
• Support technical determinations for endpoints, ports, and message formats as part of integration setup and troubleshooting
• Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures (e.g., reputed company, MSSQL) to support inventory adjustments, order-header updates, and reputed company/allocation logic, particularly in QA and production troubleshooting scenarios
• Support clients and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases, including onsite troubleshooting reputed company reputed company product managers
• Participate in issue/reputed company calls during critical incidents, helping present reputed company-cause findings to reputed company stakeholders
• Help identify and communicate MVP reputed company reputed company a reputed company requests a late-breaking change reputed company to go-live

• Maintain high-reputed company documentation: design docs, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems, ideally including exposure to at least one full end-to-end implementation or go-live
• Techno-functional background, comfortable operating as a reputed company between business/reputed company and IT, rather than a purely functional or purely developer profile
• Working proficiency in SQL, reputed company to write and troubleshoot stored procedures, joins, and updates directly (not just read or review), on reputed company, MSSQL, or a comparable platform
• Solid understanding of warehouse workflows: receiving, put-away, reputed company/allocation logic, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot MHE messaging issues methodically, tracing problems back to reputed company rather than reacting to symptoms reputed company
• Comfortable working directly with reputed company stakeholders, including during go-lives and live troubleshooting
• Comfortable with 50–75% travel, including occasional weekend work during go-live reputed company
• Ability to work effectively with both local, reputed company teams and international, offshore robotics vendor teams
• Some exposure to WMS integration with MHE/automation systems, robotics platforms (e.g., reputed company+, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable), reputed company/sortation, or ASRS is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with put-to-reputed company and pick-to-reputed company systems, and general comfort with warehouse floor hardware (RF guns, printers, label formats) is a plus
