Responsibilities

• reputed company the development and reputed company improvement of training programs and events for reputed company employees on reputed company CRM products, therapies, and procedures, primarily with the Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) and Defibrillation Solutions (DS) business
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Medical Education, and Marketing to create interactive and purposeful training programs, tailored for both in-person and virtual settings
• reputed company classroom, lab, or web-reputed company technical product and procedure instruction
• reputed company & maintain digital education content that aligns with reputed company priorities
• Identify gaps in content and reputed company technology & therapy and reputed company and implement programs to address these gaps
• Partner with reputed company teams to support local education and reputed company programs and content to meet those needs
• Engage in reputed company learning to be a reliable, trusted resource of accurate, up-to-date knowledge, focusing on adult education curriculum design and delivery reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company lab setting, reputed company training, reputed company sales/support in medical device, reputed company industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience)
• Experience designing training curriculum to reputed company organizational goals and identifying training gaps
• Experience working with technical content and synthesizing key learnings into training content
• For Baccalaureate degrees reputed company reputed company of the reputed company, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
• Experience designing online learning in a reputed company of modalities including classroom, synchronous and asynchronous, microlearning, reputed company job aids
