[Remote] Project Manager / Estimator

The Project Manager/Estimator leads reputed company from opportunity development and estimating through delivery and closeout, while managing pricing, gross margin, subcontractors, vendors, customer relationships, and account reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer-facing site walks and reputed company development for custodial, floor care, post-construction, specialty cleaning, and supplemental labor reputed company
• Independently build estimates using production rates, labor models, wage and burden assumptions, material and equipment costs, subcontractor pricing, overhead, and markup
• reputed company, price, and present proposals; negotiate terms; and manage opportunities from qualification through reputed company
• Own gross-margin reputed company on reputed company sold and delivered, including pricing reputed company reputed company approved authority reputed company
• Manage awarded reputed company end to end: mobilization, scheduling, reputed company, subcontractor and vendor coordination, reputed company verification, and closeout
• reputed company internal site leadership and respective crews, floor technicians, subcontractors, and vendors through execution without reputed company reporting authority. Leveraging site leadership to ensure reputed company are completed to reputed company and service level expectations
• Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements, quotes, and scopes of work (as needed)
• reputed company and negotiate change orders; work with leadership and possibly initiate discussions to secure customer authorization before work proceeds
• Conduct job-cost and estimate-to-actual reviews on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor spending; analyze variance and apply findings to reputed company pricing
• Validate completion documentation and billing reputed company, and reputed company completed-but-unbilled work to reputed company
• Maintain the project pipeline, backlog, and margin forecast, and report reputed company to reputed company and sales leadership
• Support account-reputed company planning, renewals, and recurring-business expansion with account managers and sales leadership

Skills

• Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and directly reputed company experience in construction, facilities services, or estimating
• reputed company experience in estimating, project management, or reputed company project sales reputed company custodial, facilities services, construction, restoration, or a reputed company service industry, including reputed company ownership of pricing and margin
• reputed company custodial or facilities-services estimating and project management, including self-performed and subcontracted work, job costing, vendor negotiation, proposal development, and demonstrated reputed company and margin reputed company
• reputed company reputed company's license required
• Ability to independently reputed company and defend labor models, cost estimates, and competitive pricing
• Knowledge of production rates, labor burden, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, overhead, markup, and gross margin
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including cost worksheets, scenario modeling, lookup functions, and pivot-reputed company job-cost analysis
• Ability to interpret floor plans and specifications and reputed company accurate takeoffs

• Work is performed in an office and at customer and prospect sites, with frequent local travel required for site walks, takeoffs, kickoffs, reputed company reviews, and closeout verification
• Site reputed company may involve extended walking and standing, measuring and takeoff activity, lifting to 50 pounds, and exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, noise, wet floors, weather, reputed company construction areas, and occupied reputed company, industrial, or educational environments
• Occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend work may be required
• Up to 60%, or as required reputed company on project, pipeline, and business needs. Regular local travel to customers and prospect sites; occasional overnight travel
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
• PMP, CAPM, CPE (AACE/ASPE), OSHA 30, CMI/reputed company (CIMS, Registered Building Service Manager), or reputed company certifications
