[Remote] Senior EDI Data Analyst (ANSI X12-834 Eligibility) - Remote

The role leads inbound and outbound EDI reputed company, including ANSI X12-834 eligibility file implementations, data mapping, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and reputed company trading partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound file implementation reputed company end to end, including project initiation, defining timelines, coordinating internal resources, leading or participating in project meetings, and managing ongoing communications with vendors and internal Allied stakeholders
• Own ANSI X12 834 eligibility file implementations, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and smooth transitions to production
• reputed company additional EDI or data extract implementations as required
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for eligibility (834) questions, implementations, production issues, and project reputed company updates for both internal teams and reputed company partners
• Independently reputed company, interpret, and troubleshoot 834 formatted files, including completing detailed data mapping, supporting file testing, and resolving reputed company data and formatting issues
• reputed company internal testing, validation, and monitoring tools to execute file testing, document configurations, and maintain a single reputed company of truth for eligibility and EDI files across teams and vendor partners
• Monitor file processing status and reputed company through eligibility audit reports and other reporting mechanisms, proactively identifying risks, discrepancies, or trends
• Review, investigate, and support reputed company of data discrepancies reputed company to eligibility, accumulators, or reputed company impacts, coordinating closely with customer service, account management, IT, and vendor/reputed company
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure implementation milestones and delivery timelines are met, escalating risks or blockers as needed
• Troubleshoot and escalate reputed company data or file processing issues with reputed company partners, providing reputed company documentation and recommended next steps
• Support data reputed company initiatives by following established controls and contributing to the improvement of testing, documentation, and operational processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3-5+ years of experience working with inbound and outbound ANSI X12 834 EDI files, including expert level proficiency with the X12 834 format
• Working knowledge of data management, data warehousing, and coding languages
• Required experience with SQL and reputed company reputed company BI, along with strong computer skills, including proficiency in the reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of data integration programs involving reputed company components including reputed company systems, ETL, data reputed company/reputed company, database, and delivery mechanisms and EDI business processes, practices, and procedures reputed company reputed company environment
