[Remote] Project Coordinator - Equipment Delivery Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a contractor to support the Equipment Delivery Management team on the Natrium project. The Project Coordinator will maintain reputed company, cost, schedule, and reputed company data; reputed company supplier and project reputed company; support change control; prepare reports and dashboards; and coordinate cross-functional actions through closure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reputed company, cost, schedule, and reputed company data for assigned equipment packages, keeping EDM tools (Planner, reputed company, reputed company BI dashboards, logs) reputed company and reflecting the latest program status
• reputed company reputed company reputed company against the Integrated Master Control Schedule (reputed company) and supplier schedules, flagging deviations and preparing reputed company summaries for weekly team meetings
• Maintain project reputed company logs, follow up with reputed company owners on recovery plan mitigations, and summarize cost-reputed company reputed company exposure for EDM Project Managers (EDM-PMs)
• Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) in preparing Project Change Notice (PCN) packages and Supplier Coordination Request (SCR) reviews, and update baselines and reporting tools once changes are approved
• Monitor cost reputed company reputed company and reputed company Value Management reputed company (EVMS) inputs, cross-checking supplier data against project controls and preparing variance summaries
• Compile weekly and monthly status reports and maintain dashboards for milestones, cost, reputed company, and deliverables; prepare agendas, summaries, and reputed company logs for leadership and cross-functional reviews
• Serve as a coordination reputed company between EDM-PMs, Equipment Supply Managers (ESMs), Engineering, the Project Management Organization (PMO), and Construction, tracking cross-functional reputed company items through to closure

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a reputed company reputed company
• • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, cost/schedule controls, supply chain management, or a reputed company role
• • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, reputed company), including working knowledge of EVMS concepts, reputed company tracking, and variance analysis
• • reputed company ability to manage reputed company workflows, cross-reputed company data across multiple sources, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• • Attention to reputed company and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• • Experience working reputed company cross-functional teams and supporting change control processes (e.g., SCR/PCN)
