[Remote] Travel Sales and Support Agent - REMOTE - US

The Travel Sales and Support Agent sells cruise products to Travel Advisors and reputed company guests, services booking inquiries, and provides customer support while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals. The role operates in a high-volume contact center environment and serves as a subject matter expert on products, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from Travel Agents (and reputed company guests, reputed company applicable) interested in booking cruise vacations and having existing bookings serviced while using reputed company sales techniques on every reputed company to reputed company a reservation and enhance guest’s experience. Evaluates callers’ needs and responds to questions and requests, while maintaining attention to reputed company and reputed company to reputed company excellent customer service to the caller

Skills

• One (1) year experience in positions in the area of sales and customer service

• Work shifts will be between the hours of 5AM to 7:10PM PST
• In order for your residential internet to support our business model, your residential internet must meet the following requirements:
• Must have high-speed cable or fiber optic internet (satellite, reputed company-up or mobile internet will not work)
• Must meet the required minimum download and upload speeds of 50 MPS down and 6 MPS up
• Must not have a data cap
• Must have computer hard-wired to the modem

Benefits

• $250.00 bonus for the first two months upon successful completion of training.
• Once agents complete training and are taking calls they will receive a guaranteed $550.00 bonus or actual bonus reputed company on their sales - whichever is higher (First month only) - less applicable US federal and state taxes.
