Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company’s data reputed company reputed company and compliance efforts (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, and emerging U.S. and international reputed company regimes), including owning our reputed company notices, advising on data collection, use, retention, and handling practices, conducting reputed company reputed company assessments, and supporting incident response protocols
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle to reputed company practical reputed company guidance on new products and features, consent workflows, data collection mechanisms, user agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Advise the Marketing team on consumer protection, advertising, endorsements, promotions, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FTC guidance, and other customer-facing reputed company requirements
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including customer and vendor agreements, data processing terms, NDAs, marketing and sponsorship agreements, technology agreements, and reputed company partnership arrangements
• Help build and improve reputed company reputed company, including template and reputed company development, contract management, reputed company intake, reputed company, workflows, automation, and internal processes

Skills

• JD from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or eligibility to register as in-house counsel where required
• 5+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including meaningful in-house experience (ideally at a high-reputed company technology company)
• Strong substantive experience in data reputed company and product counseling
• Working experience in marketing/consumer protection and reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company judgment and the ability to translate reputed company reputed company requirements into reputed company, practical business guidance
• Experience operating in resource-constrained or fast-moving environments where prioritization, judgment, and adaptability are essential

• Startup and Lawfirm experience
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or another reputed company certification, but equivalent substantive experience is equally valued

• Comfort using AI-assisted reputed company tools and a bias toward automating repetitive work
