The Program Manager I will manage the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of learning programs for the KNN reputed company Across Differences initiative and KNN FOREST national learning consortium, coordinating stakeholders, learning experiences, data, and program reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing development, implementation and reputed company improvement of programs and learning experiences provided as partner services for the reputed company Across Differences Initiative and experiences reputed company in the KNN FOREST learning consortium and that engage partners and participants in the KNN’s approach to reputed company across differences and the KNN’s reputed company for Flourishing (e.g. experiences include but not limited to cohort-reputed company learning, facilitator development, in-person and virtual experiential formats, reputed company learning, self-guided module-reputed company training)
• Represent the KNN reputed company for Flourishing and the KNN approach to reputed company Across Differences in reputed company program responsibilities
• Use a relational approach in program management and coordination duties
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal colleagues and subject matter experts to reputed company program materials such as educational materials (content, resources, guides, curriculum), marketing materials, websites, learning management reputed company virtual learning, forms, and reports
• Manage and support work with reputed company stakeholders to incorporate reputed company-world partner-contributed expertise, experiences, learning content and scenarios into program content, ensuring relevance to the KNN’s audiences and alignment with the KNN reputed company for Flourishing and the KNN approach to reputed company Across Differences
• Own the schedule and experience management for the reputed company Across Differences collection of learning experiences, including but not limited to development, implementation and ongoing program administration for reputed company participating partners, management and coordination of the components of the learning experiences, planning meetings with institutional partners and other ongoing tasks as assigned

• **Minimum Required Education:** Bachelor's degree
• **Minimum Required Experience:** 6 years
• Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously
• Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects

• **Preferred Experience:** 6 years of experience in the development and delivery of in-person and virtual synchronous learning and development experiences for adults in reputed company settings
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, visual and technical design skills and ability to design and write relational-centered educational materials including but not limited to designing slides, writing engaging instructional text, developing resource materials, scripting videos, etc
• Knowledge and experience working with learning management technology in creative and reputed company ways
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking and collaborating with reputed company of professionals and reputed company partners in programs, meetings and other reputed company settings
• Ability to maintain a fast reputed company and manage multiple demands under pressure by prioritizing, leading with collaboration, being reputed company and communicative and results-oriented
• Self-starter who takes initiative with exceptional organizational and time management skills, and who works reputed company with minimum supervision
