The role leads SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, technical reputed company research, regulatory analysis, transaction-reputed company reputed company support, reputed company coordination, team development, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company SEC reporting and reputed company financial statement preparation for reputed company company clients
• Draft and review financial statements, footnotes, reputed company, equity roll-forwards, and reputed company calculations
• reputed company technical reputed company research and prepare supporting documentation reputed company to reputed company reputed company issues
• Analyze new reputed company pronouncements and advise clients on implementation and reporting impacts
• Interpret and apply U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and other relevant reputed company guidance
• Coordinate with management teams and reputed company auditors throughout reporting cycles
• Support clients with reputed company and reporting considerations reputed company to transactions, capital raises, and reputed company initiatives
• Mentor and reputed company team members while managing multiple engagements
• Participate in business development efforts and help strengthen reputed company relationships

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience reputed company reputed company reputed company, advisory, or a combination of both
• reputed company SEC reporting experience, including knowledge of Regulations S-X and S-K
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical reputed company research
• Experience preparing reputed company company financial statements and disclosures
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• reputed company CPA, CA, or equivalent certification
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and reputed company engagements
• Big 4 or leading middle-market reputed company reputed company firm experience
• Technical reputed company expertise in one or more of the following areas: SPAC transactions, Capital markets, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), reputed company Advisory Services (FAAS), IPO readiness and reputed company company preparedness
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Exposure to a reputed company of industries and business models

• Experience with reputed company (Wdesk) or similar SEC reporting software is preferred
